Are your products authentic? Where do you get your items from?

Our products are 100% authentic and are obtained through authorized distributors and legitimate sources overseas. We do not sell any fakes.

How tall are the toys?

Other vinyl toys come in their different height, while bearbricks have the following sizes

• 100% - 7cm / 2.7”
• 200% - 14cm / 5.5”
• 400% - 28cm / 11”
• 1000% - 70cm / 27.5”

Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, however, the duration and the method of shipping can be viewed here. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, tax, duties of import charges incurred for international orders.

What happens if I entered a wrong email address during checkout?

If you have used an incorrect email address, please send an email to hello@eyefortoys.com and we will have the confirmation sent to you.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Cancellations are allowed only if we have not processed your order yet.

Can I return my items?

Yes, you may. EFT offers all customers the option to return your purchase within 14 days from receipt of item. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy page on the Terms and Conditions.
