Return

Eye For Toys (EFT) offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be strictly applicable to damaged goods (i.e. Broken item or missing parts).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eyefortoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following Terms and Conditions will apply to any purchase on EFT.

Terms and Conditions

• Returns will be applicable strictly to damaged goods (i.e. Broken item or missing parts).
• Request for return or refund will not be applicable to any manufacturer defect(s) that may have occurred during production. Manufacturer defects may include, but are not limited to, the following,
• Scratches
• Damage to the printed box and/or shipping carton
• Paint smudges
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, in an undamaged condition
• Returned item(s) must be received by EFT no later than 30 days after purchase
• Shipping cost will not be reimbursed
• Cost of returning item(s) to us will not be reimbursed
• Custom duties and/or taxes paid will not be reimbursed. Please reach out to your local agency to process a custom duties and/or taxes refund
• Damages to the shipping carton and/or print box of the item will not be liable for any form of refund.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be informed that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of further damage sustained to the item, a 50% depreciation will be charged.

EFT reserves the rights to reject any returns improperly packed and damaged during the course of return. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@eyefortoys.com.
